Once your order is placed, we'll acknowledge it within 24 hours and begin the process of creating your beautiful candle. We typically aim to ship your order within 8 to 11 business days, but we often find ourselves shipping much sooner!

All orders are shipped with tracked shipping as standard, so you can follow your candle's journey from our workshop to your doorstep. We'll provide you with a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.

Returns Policy Description:

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Sparkling Mango. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving it.

For orders within the UK, we offer free return shipping. Simply contact us to initiate a return, and we'll provide you with a prepaid shipping label.

For international orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Please ensure that returned items are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
